We agreed to be in this matrix of dark truths to master receiving and giving ONLY compassion. Yes, that goes against all logic. That seems almost impossible to accomplish among all the crime, abuse and torment present on this planet.
HOW DO YOU BE COMPASSIONATE?
Being compassionate with you FIRST is about all you can master while living in the slow low vibration of the 3rd dimension and duality. Being compassionate is an ACT of WILL or choice. Compassion in every situation is the way we calm the fearful angry little human or ego that survives dark truths.
This book elaborates on the way transitioning from dark victim predator truths to higher truths happen and what that looks like on a daily basis. Whatever situation you created for your spiritual lesson you can evolve into compassion for you by changing your point of perception.
The PLAN WE CREATED and forgot about was that the ego or little human was used or created so we could experience a sense of separation or aloneness that by definition, duality provides. This separation naturally led to the intense feelings of fear and mistrust that we learned to operate with. The ego or little human has been the holder of dark truths and victim predator behavior and beliefs, which some soul aspects also adopted. When threatened we judged and blamed others for our suffering and fear. As compassion increases in the individual we are better able to see how our "personal issues" are self-imposed. No one else can be blamed or has the power to alter what we created. You are the one that has had to decide and carry out your commitment to the dark or light direction you took during all your concurrent life times. You are the one that has held yourself hostage with the knowledge you use and have gathered.
Everyone is a victim or predator and mostly we are both. The inability to read other human’s thoughts makes lies and deceptions easy to maintain. Dark ones, most of the time, refuse to think for themselves and be responsible for the self. They will follow “the experts” and the biggest bullies rather than stand in their truth.
Developing an intimate relationship and awareness about HOW your soul aspect views your experiences are educational and thought expanding for the ego or little human. Awareness of the souls larger picture will restructure the little humans thinking and relationship to the self and others. UNLESS your soul aspect has gone grayish or dark your soul’s perceptions generally comes from compassion, all of the time. Generally 2 to 4 soul aspects help and support the human or ego in the earth illusion. When the little human makes dark choices the soul aspects get pressured into following the little human into the lower band of thought patterns to maintain the connection and they become dark soul aspects. When a human holds the frequency of fear, vengeance, anger or hate that is what the human emanates and attracts to the self. When you emanate or project negativity you are no longer being forced to do anything. When you ADOPT the belief or obsession or another’s reality it becomes YOUR truth, reality and what you project out into your world.
The Universal Law of FLUIDITY is that life is best when experienced as a fluid substance and not as a solid. Life has no fixed shape and needs to yield easily to external pressure as water runs no faster or slower than is called for and seeks its own level. Its flow is even, unforced and fluid staying in the now moment without hurry or stagnation. Taking the time to feel, listen to and notice the flow you created and adjust accordingly, is being mindfully present and peacefully alive.

I love this book too. Perception, My perception is everything to me. The only thing that Ms. Baumgartner talks about is that it is just that: MY PERCEPTION. Everyone has there own perception, and the control freak that I am tries to make my perception everyone elses and it ends up making me unhappy, angry, and sad. Very enlighting book on how to change and look at what you thought was natural and common place but upon investigating this book that is not the case.P.S.
I would read this book first then read, Entrainment is Universal Physics. (I did it the opposite way) but this book kinda builds on the other one :-)
